Client charged with First Degree Murder.
Eyewitness to murder was less than three feet away from the shooter. The eyewitness identified client and other physical and circumstantial evidence implicated client to the murder. After a 6 week trial, jury came back deadlocked, voting 8-4 for not guilty.

Client charged possession of drugs and weapons with two alleged strike convictions, facing 25 years to life in prison.
After two separate motions, felony charges dismissed.

Client charged with molesting his stepdaughter. Charges dismissed.

Client arrested for the rape of his date. Charges never filed and arrest record sealed.

Client charged with the continuous sexual abuse of his daughter.
Before hiring Mr. Naratil, client confessed. Facing a minimum of 16 years in prison. Sentenced to one year in county jail.
Client charged with two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. Sentenced to 6 months of county jail.

Client charged with making terrorist threats, stalking and possession of an assault weapon.
Sentenced to no jail time and the most serious charges, the terrorist threats and stalking charges were dismissed.

He has successfully negotiated with the employer on several occasions to reach an agreement whereby criminal charges would not be filed. On other occasions where charges have been filed, he has been able to work out sentences where the client does not serve any jail time.

Juvenile client charged with assault and battery.
Witnesses identified client as the perpetrator. Charges dismissed.

Juvenile client charged with home invasion burglary, possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana for sale. Sentenced to two weekends in juvenile hall.

Juvenile client charged with rape, sexual battery and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. Sentenced to 30 days of home detention. Rape charges dismissed.

Client charged with multiple accounts of assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm, being a gang member, and other various felony charges. Maximum prison time was approximately 35 years. Sentenced to one year in the county jail.

Client charged with 6 counts of theft from the Federal Government. The client's exposure was extremely high because of prior felony conviction and prison prior. All felony charges were dismissed. Plead to one misdemeanor. Sentenced to home detention.

Client charged with 6 counts of Conspiracy to Transport Women in Interstate Commerce for the purposes of Prostitution. Plead to Misprision of a Felony. Sentenced to 100 hours of community service.

Client charged with Grand Theft from a large superstore. After the prosecution's case closed at trial, client was offered a deferred entry of judgment, which meant case would be dismissed in 6 months.

Client charged with felony vandalism, along with a hate crime enhancement. During trial, case settled for 200 hours of community service.

Client charged with a felony theft charge, faced up to three years in prison. After conducting a thorough investigation and the results of which were presented to the District Attorney, the case was dismissed.

Client charged with six child molestation charges and two felony assaults with a deadly weapon charges. The bail schedule for all of these charges was approximately $350,000. After a bail hearing, judge ordered bail in the amount of $5,000.
