John Tullis, Esquire

In United States vs. Taylor , Mr. Tullis successfully convinced the Sixth Circuit that his client did not "use" a firearm in connection with a crime of violence. The defendant's sentence was subsequently reduced by 30 years.

In Kentucky vs. Payne, Mr. Tullis successfully obtained an acquittal for an individual charged with driving under the influence after a blood alcohol test indicated his BAC was .181.
