Client charged possession of drugs and weapons with two alleged strike convictions, facing 25 years to life in prison. Client charged with molesting his stepdaughter. Client arrested for the rape of his date. Client charged with the continuous sexual abuse of his daughter. Client charged with two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. Sentenced to 6 months of county jail. Client charged with making terrorist threats, stalking and possession of an assault weapon. Sentenced to no jail time and the most serious charges, the terrorist threats and stalking charges were dismissed. Mr. Naratil has represented numerous clients facing or charged with embezzlement. Mr. Naratil has successfully negotiated with the employer on several occasions to reach an agreement whereby criminal charges would not be filed. On other occasions where charges have been filed, he has been able to work out sentences where the client does not serve any jail time. Juvenile client charged with assault and battery. Juvenile client charged with home invasion burglary, possession of stolen property and possession of marijuana for sale. Juvenile client charged with rape, sexual battery and unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. Client charged with multiple accounts of assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a firearm, being a gang member, and other various felony charges. Maximum prison time was approximately 35 years. Sentenced to one year in the county jail. Client charged with 6 counts of theft from the Federal Government. Client charged with 6 counts of Conspiracy to Transport Women in Interstate Commerce for the purposes of Prostitution. Client charged with felony vandalism, along with a hate crime enhancement. Client charged with a felony theft charge. The bail schedule for all of these charges was approximately $350,000. After a bail hearing, judge ordered bail in the amount of $5,000. Mr. Naratil represents clients in both State and Federal Courts. He graduated from Long Island University in 1989 and from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1994.
