Robert A. Glickman, Esquire

Mr. Glickman began practicing criminal defense in 1991, two years after receiving his law degree from Fordham University . During his distinguished career, he has served as special counsel to a variety of companies, including AT&T, Coca-Cola and Turner Broadcasting Systems.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Civil Liberties Union, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the State Bars of Georgia and Wisconsin .

Mr. Glickman is the author of "The Risks Never Outweigh the Benefits: Reflections on Risk Avoidance in Clinical Trials by a Criminal Defense Attorney," presented as the keynote address to the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in April 2003. He has also co-authored articles on closing arguments, investigations, high-profile cases, pretrial publicity and handling complex litigation.

Mr. Glickman has served as a guardian ad litem in juvenile and probate courts in Wisconsin , and has also defended clients in cases of juvenile delinquency and deprivation cases. Mr. Glickman and Crime Attorneys have been co counsel in the past and are looking forward to working together in the future.
