Mario Garcia, Esquire


Mr. Garcia received his law degree from the University of Miami in 1999. In addition, he holds an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and is a Ph.D candidate in Psychology at Capella University . He is admitted to practice in Florida , and in the United States District Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Garcia is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Sport Lawyers Association. He is a nationally certified psychologist by the Professional Psychologist Certification Board and is a certified mediator with the Florida Supreme Court. In addition, he is certified in Florida as an addictions prevention counselor.

He has served as the Executive Vice President & Chairman of the JCI European Business Conference in Strasbourg , France and was also a United States Army Captain. In 1990, he was honored as one of Ten Outstanding Young Americans for Humanitarian Service, and was honored as The Outstanding Young Person of the World in moral leadership.

Mr. Garcia is an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Continuing Studies in Mediation and Negotiation Skills and the Foreign Attorneys Certification Program. He also is an adjunct professor at the University of St. Francis in the Master of Health Administration Program, teaching Legal Aspects of Health Care & Ethics and Morality. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at Trinity International University in the EXCEL Program, teaching Leading & Managing, Business Ethics, Economics, and Research Methods.

He has also taught seminars and courses in leadership, legal issues, and counseling standards presented in more than 40 countries in both English and Spanish languages.

Mr. Garcia and Mr. Naratil are looking forward to working on their first joint case when the opportunity presents itself.
