James O. Darnell, Esquire

Mr. Darnell is admitted to practice in the state of Texas . He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1980, and graduated from Southern Methodist University that same year.

He has also served on the White Collar Committee of the American Bar Association and has served as the treasurer and vice president of ABOTA. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Texas Bar Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Darnell and Crime Attorneys have been co counsel in the past and are looking forward to working together in the future.

Mr. Darnell is admitted to practice in United States District Court, Western District of Texas (1982), and Northern District of Texas (1987); the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit (1986) and the United States Supreme Court (1997).
