Dean B. Webb, Esquire
Mr. Webb aggressively represents clients nationwide, specializing in defending clients who are charged under the federal Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Washington and numerous federal district and appellate courts. He has filed petitions for writs of certiorari before the United States Supreme Court examining complex RICO conspiracy issues. He has previously served on the editorial review board of White Collar Crime Reporter and is the author of the LEXIS Business Crime treatise Chapter 24, titled "RICO."

RICO summary judgment recovering $7.5 million arising from prime bank guarantee program fraud in May 2001.
RICO summary judgment recovering $13.4 million arising from multiple-tiered, like-kind exchange real property fraud in July 2001.
Out-of-court settlement of claims against City of Los Angeles and LAPD involving disclosure of information provided by federal informant about investigation of murder of The Notorious B.I.G. in November 2002.
Mr. Webb is former staff counsel on the 1978 House Select Committee on Assassinations in conjunction with the investigation of the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
