He is a member of the College of State Bar of Texas, the Pro Bono College ; State Bar of Texas; the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
He is qualified to try cases in the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas and Eastern District of Texas, the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and the Texas Supreme Court.
A former arson investigator, Mr. McCreary is the author of "Wrongful Death Cases - A View from The Trench" and "Intermediate Arrest, Search and Seizure -CCLEA". He has been featured in USA Today and the Leeza Gibbons Show.
Mr. McCreary and Mr. Naratil are looking forward to working on their first joint case when the opportunity presents itself.
